Somewhere in the Kuala is a pictorial book targeted for children and those who are interested in looking at the city through their innocent and curious eyes. The book is an informal guide through bustling Kuala Lumpur, exploring its vibrant routes, buildings, and inhabitants, particularly around the Merdeka 118 Precinct.

The book is written and Illustrated by Lisa Goh and William Chew. It is published by Suburbia Projects and the project is a recipient of the Thinkcity - PNB 118 Merdeka Grants Program.

With the continuous regeneration efforts in the city, this book advocates for excursions and trips back into the city to instil a sense of belonging and care for it. Like our characters, Mina and Han, we hope you embark on a walking adventure with your family and friends to reconnect with the city and discover the quirks that make Kuala Lumpur the city that it is!
